We finally bought our own 2 BHK in M M Gurusneh after renting for yeaThe 626 square feet carpet area is a huge upgrade from our rental place. It cost us about 33 Lakh, which was manageable with our savings and a loan. M M Associates developed this project, and it was ready to move in since October 2019. The location near Rangubai Junnare High School (0.5 km) is fantastic for our kids. Plus, having the Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital nearby gives us peace of mind. One small issue is the dust on the road leading to the project, especially during construction season, but that's common in developing areas. We are happy with the enclosed car parking.

We selected M M Gurusneh for our family home because of its location. Our children attend Rangubai Junnare High School, which is nearby, making the morning commute much easier. We bought a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 626 square feet for around 31 Lakh. The M M Associates project is ready to move, which was great as we didn't want to wait. The enclosed car parking is also a big help. However, the price felt a bit on the higher side for the size and amenities offered. Also, the OC status not being available is a concern that we are still trying to undetand better. We hope the community living here will be good.

M M Associates has a decent reputation. It’s located in Dwarka, Nashik Road, which is accessible via the National Highway 50. The proximity to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is also a good thing for emergencies. The only slight issue we’ve noticed is the traffic noise sometimes because it’s near the main road lane. Otherwise, the landscaping looks nice, and the fire safety measures are in place.

M M Associates delivered this project, M M Gurusneh, back in October 2019, so it's ready to move in. The budget was within my expectations, around 33.79 Lakh. The area offegood connectivity, being close to the National Highway 50. The Shalimar Bus Stop is nearby. However, I must mention that the electrical meter room is quite basic, and the overall finishing inside the flat could have been a bit more premium for the price. Still, it’s a functional space in a growing locality.
