  This is my very fit flat purchase and I was a bit nervous. M M Construction's project, M M Banalata Abasan, in Behala Chowrasta, felt welcoming. I chose a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 525 square feet. The price was around 14 Lakh, which was manageable for me. I really liked that it's ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait. The Vastu compliant design was also something my family insisted on. Having amenities like a swimming pool and a community center nearby is a big bonus. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security that is important for a fit-time buyer like myself.

  I recently moved into a 1 BHK at M M Banalata Abasan. The carpet area of 480 square feet is cozy and manageable for a single peon. The price, around 13.68 Lakh, was very budget-friendly. Living in a gated community with 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance gives me a great sense of security, which is my top priority. The nearby Sakher Bazar Metro Station, nearby, makes my daily commute much easier. I also like the accessibility to shopping areas. Having National Gems Higher Secondary School nearby is incredibly convenient for the kids' education. The project offean Olympic size swimming pool and a children's play area, which my kids absolutely love. The 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system provide peace of mind. While the project is ready to move, the nearby traffic on Diamond Harbour Road can sometimes be heavy during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience.
