We were looking for a family home in Chennai South and M M Almond caught our eye. We chose a 2 BHK unit which is 915 square feet builtup. The price was around 60.0 Lakh. The flat we saw was east facing, which we really wanted. They are also offering free woodwork and a modular kitchen, which saves a lot of initial hassle. My kids are excited about the false ceiling in the hall and dining. The fact that it is ready to move is a huge advantage for us as we need to shift soon. The main concern for us is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it is quite close to a main road.

The hall and dining having false ceiling free is also a nice touch. We appreciate the east-facing aspect of the flat. It’s ready to move in, which means we can shift without waiting. The only small issue we have is that the room sizes feel a bit compact for the overall square footage.
