  Finally moving out of our rental place! We chose LVS Heights because it's ready to move and the 2 BHK flats are a good size, around 1290 sq.ft. It’s nice to finally own our home. The furnished clubhouse is a big plus for us to relax. Having a gymnasium and a swimming pool within the complex means we don’t have to go far for recreation. The developer, LVS Builde& Develope, seems to have focused on essential amenities. The location is decent, close to schools and hospitals. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the quality seems worth it.

The pricing, starting from 84.78 Lakh, was within the range I expected for this size. I particularly liked the seismic-resistant structure design and the eco-friendly rainwater harvesting system – shows the developer, LVS Builde& Develope, is thinking long-term. The 1560 sq.ft 3 BHK configuration is well-laid out. The only drawback I observed was the absence of an OC received status, which adds a slight uncertainty.

  We picked LVS Heights primarily for the proximity to Gopalan National School, which is just over nearby. Our kids will have an easier time getting to school. The 3 BHK flat, measuring around 1635 sq.ft, offeenough space for our growing family. The indoor games like Table Tennis and the all-age amenities in the furnished clubhouse are great for the children. We also appreciate the fire fighting system and the hi-tech lifts. The stunning sea and park views from some apartments are a welcome bonus. One minor concern is the distance to the K R Puram station, nearby.

  We were looking for something ready to move in and LVS Heights fit the bill. The 1190 sq.ft 2 BHK is quite spacious for us, and we loved the panoramic three-side room views from the bedrooms. The location in K R Puram is convenient, with Manyata Tech Park just nearby, making our commute manageable. The gymnasium is well-equipped, and having a swimming pool is a great bonus for weekends. The price range of 84.78 Lakh to 1.16 Cr is competitive for a ready-to-move property. However, the lack of clear information on completion date and OC received is a concern for investolooking for immediate possession without any future legal issues. The nearby KR Puram Metro station is a plus.
