Finally moving out of our rental place! We chose LVS Heights because it's ready to move and the 2 BHK flats are a good size, around 1290 sq.ft. It’s nice to finally own our home. The furnished clubhouse is a big plus for us to relax. Having a gymnasium and a swimming pool within the complex means we don’t have to go far for recreation. The developer, LVS Builde& Develope, seems to have focused on essential amenities. The location is decent, close to schools and hospitals. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the quality seems worth it.

The stunning sea and park views from some apartments are a welcome bonus. One minor concern is the distance to the K R Puram station, nearby.
