We wanted something comfortable for my parents in Gurgaon and found Luxury Floor 18. The 3 BHK builder floor is quite spacious, around 2250 square feet built up, which gives them plenty of room. It is ready to move in, so that was a big plus for us as we are oveeas. The location in Sector 4 seems decent, close to Old Railway Road and Dhanwapur Road. My parents can easily access the local market. The only slight concern is that they mentioned the roads around the area can get busy during peak hou, but overall they are happy with the space.
