We purchased a 2 BHK here last month. The carpet area is about 495 square feet, which is quite compact for the price point, though the builder Nikhil Pandey did mention it’s designed for efficiency. Location on Wardha Road is promising with good connectivity. Amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool were a draw. We are hoping the Vastu compliance aspect brings good fortune. The project was completed in 2013, so it’s a ready-to-move-in property which simplifies things. Parking is a bit of a squeeze, especially during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience for us.

Being a single woman, the 24/7 security and fire fighting system were important factoin my decision. Nikhil Pandey has provided good amenities like a gymnasium and internet access. The location on Wardha Road is well-connected, although the Airport Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit far for regular commutes. The swimming pool is a great way to unwind after work. The project was completed a while back in 2013, so it felt like a safe bet.

The community buildings and clubhouse offer spaces for social interaction. The project's completion in 2013 means it's established, and the Vastu compliance was a plus for my family. I find the proximity to KRIMS Hospital very convenient.

We were looking for a home close to Mount Litera Zee School, and Luxora Vista Apartments came up. It’s nearby, which is manageable. We got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 495 square feet. It’s a bit smaller than we initially wanted, but the layout is practical. The kids love the swimming pool and the dedicated cricket pitch. Nikhil Pandey has ensured good landscaping and tree planting, making the surroundings pleasant. Rainwater harvesting is also a good initiative. The 24/7 security gives us confidence. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that’s a temporary issue.
