The price was within our initial budget, around 52.33 Lakhs. It is a ready to move property, so we can start planning our housewarming soon. The developer, L. S. Mehetre Promote& Builde, seems reliable. We liked that banks like SBI and PNB are listed as approved. The only thing we are a little worried about is the traffic during peak hounear Rahatani, Arvind Colony. It can get quite congested. But overall, we are excited for this new chapter.
