The location in Basaveshwarnagar is reasonably connected. The project includes essential amenities like 24/7 water supply and a lift, which are practical for everyday living. The gated community setup provides a sense of security. While the price was slightly above my initial expectations, the overall package felt acceptable. The surrounding area can get a bit dusty due to ongoing constructions nearby, but that is common in developing parts of the city. Overall, it's a functional home.
