The location in Rajendra Nagar, Sector -2 is quite convenient, close to Everest Public School and Shreya Hospital, which are basically nearby. Power backup is a big plus for me, especially during monsoon season. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is how busy the roads get during peak hou; I hope it doesn't become too much of a hassle for my daily commute to the metro station, which is nearby. The price is around 1.25 Crore, which felt reasonable for the space and location.
