As a single working woman, I wanted a secure and convenient place. Lotus Tower in Jaipur seemed like a good option. I got a 1 BHK apartment, around 872 Sq.ft, which is perfect for one peon. The price was reasonable, under 60 Lakhs. It's ready to move, and the developer, SPH Group, has been around for a while. The nearby D Mart is a lifesaver for my shopping needs. However, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome sometimes, especially during dry weather. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus, and the lift works reliably. Overall, it's a decent place for the price.
