While the construction quality appeadecent, I noticed some dust from nearby ongoing development, which is a common issue in growing areas. Power backup is reliable, which is important.

It’s located in Pettah, which is decent for us as it’s not too far from our office. The price point was also within our budget, around 60 Lakhs. The swimming pool and gym are good additions for unwinding after work. We also liked the landscaping, it feels quite peaceful. The only small issue is that the road leading to the main area can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it feels like a good place for us to start.
