The gymnasium is well-equipped, and my husband uses it most mornings. We chose a 2 BHK which is built up to 1045 square feet, giving us enough room without feeling overwhelming. The location on Yamuna Expressway is convenient for occasional travel, though getting into Noida proper can take some time during peak houThe 24/7 security is reassuring. Overall, it's a comfortable place for our retirement. The maintenance charges are also quite reasonable for the facilities provided.

I bought a 3 BHK apartment here in Lotus Parkscape. It's around 1270 square feet, which is plenty of space for me and for when friends visit. I work in Noida and the drive via Yamuna Expressway is manageable, usually taking about 40 minutes depending on traffic. The indoor games facility is a nice way to unwind. Security is good, with 24/7 guards. The price was within my budget, around 40 Lakh. I haven't faced any major issues since moving in a few months back. The power backup is a great feature during monsoons. I haven't used the gym much but it looks decent.

This is my fit property purchase. I found Lotus Parkscape in Sector 22A, Greater Noida. I booked a 1030 square feet 2 BHK apartment which cost around 30.39 Lakh. The construction was completed in 2014, and it is ready to move in, which was a big plus. I liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a children's play area for future family. The proximity to Shri Dronacharya Rameshchand Vidyawati convent school, a short distance, is very convenient. My only concern is the dust from the expressway construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. The builder, Lotus Parkscape, seems reliable.

The location on Yamuna Expressway is ideal as it connects us easily to our schools.
