I specifically looked for something near the hospital and having Damien Leprosy and T. B. Hospital about 5.5 kilometeaway is very convenient for my work. I bought a 1911.67 square feet plot which gives me plenty of space for a nice home and a clinic area. Lotus DevelopeNellore handed over the papevery quickly. The area is quiet which is exactly what I wanted after long hospital shifts. There are not many shops nearby yet, so you definitely need a car for daily grocery shopping. Overall, it is a good experience so far.

Lotus DevelopeNellore has managed the land leveling well. The only issue is that the road leading to the project gets very dusty in the afternoon. We hope the municipal corporation takes some action on the road quality soon. Other than the dust, it is a peaceful place to build a house for a growing family.
