The price point of 29.79 Lakh onwards was within our budget for Thrissur, and it's ready to move which is a huge convenience. Lord Krishna Buildeseems to have a decent track record. One thing to note is the location off Guruvayur-Karakkad Road; it's peaceful but a bit away from the main city bustle, so daily commutes might take a little longer depending on where you work. We are also checking if OC has been received, which is important for loan processing. Overall, the value seems good for the size and location.
