We were looking for a ready-to-move 2 BHK in Mohali and found Lok Awas. The super built-up area for our flat is 950 square feet, which is decent for us. We liked that it's close to the international airport, nearby, making travel easier. Vera Developehave included a good mix of amenities like a children's play area and multiple themed parks, which is nice for future plans. The 24/7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. The only minor drawback is that the parking area feels a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle. The price was within our initial budget, around 60 Lakhs. We are quite happy with the overall vibe here.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place, and Lok Awas seemed like a good fit. I purchased a 2 BHK unit, around 900 square feet, which is spacious enough for me. The 24/7 water supply and power backup are essential, and Vera Developehave provided that. I really appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The gymnasium and the cricket pitch are great facilities for staying active. The nearby hospitals are also a big advantage. My main concern is the price range, which was between 51.9 Lakh to 68.9 Lakh; it was at the higher end of my budget, but the ready-to-move status made it worthwhile. The European construction gives a solid feel.

We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own 2 BHK in Lok Awas. It's a ready-to-move property, which was perfect for us as we wanted to settle in quickly. The layout feels spacious, with our unit being around 1000 square feet. Vera Developehave included a lot of green spaces, like the 10 Acres of Green Area and multiple themed parks, which is wonderful for weekend relaxation. The Badminton Court is a nice addition for recreation. The proximity to hospitals like Max and Sohana is also reassuring. One thing we found is that during peak season, the water pressure can sometimes be a little inconsistent on higher flooThe price was around 65 Lakhs, which was manageable for us.

The 24x7 water supply and power backup are crucial features, especially for government quarteWhile the project was completed in November 2021 and is ready to move, I noticed that the OC details were not readily available, which is a point of slight concern. The price was reasonable, falling within the 51.9 Lakh to 68.9 Lakh range.

I bought a 2 BHK flat in Lok Awas for my parents back in India. The location in Sector 74 A, Mohali seemed convenient, especially being so close to Max Super Specialty Hospital and Sohana Hospital, which is important for their health needs. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus as I didn't want them waiting too long after completion in November 2021.
