Our main reason for choosing Loch Tower was its proximity to INDUS VALLEY WORLD SCHOOL, which is just nearby. This makes the morning school run so much easier for our kids. We purchased a 2 BHK flat, and the 1300 sq.ft. Built-up area is sufficient for our family. The fact that it's ready to move and has received the Occupancy Certificate was a big relief. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has delivered a functional home. The area in Chak Garia is developing, and the metro station is also close by. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times, but we are hopeful it will settle down.
