We are drawn to the modern amenities planned, like the Multipurpose Hall and Party Lawn. The price was around 1.45 Crore, which felt reasonable for a new project in this area by Elite Constructions Bhubaneswar. The project is currently under construction, with possession expected around August 2026. While the location is developing, the Janpath Bus Stop being nearby is convenient for my partner's commute. A small concern is the limited availability of different BHK configurations; we only saw 4 BHK options. The Chess Board in the club house is a nice touch.

It is still under construction, with completion slated for August 2026. The biggest draw for us was the Children's Play Area and the Club House, which our kids are already excited about.
