We were looking for a place with good connectivity for the kids' school. LMS Finswell is perfect because The Lexicon International School is only nearby, and Sahyadri Hospital is also very close. We got a 3 BHK apartment, around 840 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for our family of four. The project itself is ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly after the purchase. The solid waste management system seems efficient, and the landscaping is pleasant. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 1.25 crore for our unit, but the proximity to essential facilities justifies it. Overall, a good decision for our family.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at LMS Finswell. The carpet area is good, our unit is 650 sq.ft which is enough space for us. It's ready to move which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Viman Nagar is very convenient for my commute to the IT park. Ramwadi Metro Station is just a short walk away, making public transport easy. The building has good amenities like Wi-Fi and 24x7 CCTV which makes us feel secure. The entrance lobby looks quite professional. My only small issue is that sometimes the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable.

However, the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the wider Viman Nagar area can be a bit botheome at times.
