Being ready to move in was also a huge advantage since we didn't want to wait. The location is decent, close to East Coast Road, making commutes manageable. However, the price point of 2.16 Crore onwards is on the higher side for this area, which took some convincing for us. LML Homes seems to have put in effort with the landscaping and tree planting, which adds a nice touch to the property. The children's play area is also a good addition for families. We are still settling in, but so far, the security seems reliable.
