We chose a unit with 1537 square feet built up area, which gives us plenty of space. The price of 1.24 crore was what we expected for a property of this size in this area. We liked that Rainbow Children's Hospital and BirthRight are practically at our dootep, which gives us peace of mind. The building has lifts and closed car parking, which are essential. LML Homes seems to have a decent track record. We are happy with the space we have, although the lack of readily available bank loan information was a minor hurdle initially.
