I bought a 2 BHK apartment for them, around 1021 sq.ft, for about 48 Lakh. The developer, Living Stone Projects, has completed the project, and it’s in Brijlalpura. The key factor was the proximity to Neo Clinic Children Hospital and Jayshree Periwal High School, which are very close by, ensuring good access to healthcare and education facilities for my parents, should they need them. The size is manageable for them. I hope they will be comfortable there.
