I really like the idea of Video Door Security and EV Charging Points. The price was within my budget, around 75 Lakh. The developer, Live Homes, has given a completion date of June 2026. It’s still under construction, so I am a little nervous about the final handover but they seem professional. The overall area is developing nicely.
