    Live Castle seemed like a stable investment. I booked a 2 BHK, built up area 961 square feet. The price was around 75 Lakhs, well within my government salary range. Live Homes is the developer, and the project is under construction until December 2025. Madipakkam is a developing area, and I foresee good appreciation. The amenities like car parking and power backup are practical. The distance to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station is nearby, which is okay for occasional use. I’m keen on seeing the final build quality and whether the promised completion date is met.
