The 3 BHK villas have built up areas starting from 1400 Sq.ft up to 1800 Sq.ft, giving us enough room to grow. Being a gated community with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. Power backup is also a definite plus. We did find the pricing a bit on the higher side, especially for the larger villas, touching up to 1.1 Crore. However, the quality of construction seemed decent and the developer, Linga Develope, has a reputation for timely delivery in their previous projects. It's a good place for a young couple.
