We are looking at the 3 BHK configuration, which is 1115 Sq.ft built up. The price is around 66 Lakh, which is a bit of a stretch for us right now, but we are hoping to get a good loan. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are attractive, and the idea of a grocery shop within the complex is very convenient. It's still under construction, with a completion date in April 2030, so there's a long wait. We also noticed some dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected but slightly botheome.
