It is ready to move in, which is perfect as we didn't want to deal with construction delays. The location in Kannampalayam is decent. Having SARASWATHI VIDYALAYA MATRIC SCHOOL nearby is a dream for us as teache, and Saraswathi Hospital being at the same distance is also very convenient. The V M Joseph developer has a good reputation for timely delivery on previous projects, which gave us confidence. One thing we noticed is that there isn't much greenery or dedicated amenity space visible from the outside, which was a bit disappointing. But the apartment layout is practical.
