We finally decided to upgrade from our rental flat and found Leverage Green Meadows. The 3 BHK villas caught our eye because they are quite spacious, around 1830 to 2005 square feet built up. It’s good to have a dedicated children's play area for our daughter and the yoga/meditation space is a nice touch for unwinding. Location wise, being a short distance Nagpur Airport and NH44 is very convenient for our commutes. The price range from 85 Lakhs to 1.04 Crore seems fair for the space and amenities. Construction is underway, with completion expected in May 2028. We are hoping the internal roads, which are 9 metewide, will make getting around the project easy. The developer, Leverage Group, seems to have a decent reputation.
