We selected Level 100 Eco One for my parents back in Kochi. The location in Puthenkurish seemed peaceful, and the villas looked quite spacious in the brochure. We are looking at a 3 BHK villa around 1201 Sq.ft. The price range of 54.93 Lakh to 75.56 Lakh was within our budget for this type of property. It is still under construction and expected to be completed by June 2027. My main hope is that the construction quality is good, as I won't be there to oveee things directly. The amenities like the gymnasium and landscaping are nice touches for them to enjoy their retirement. The project is by Level 100 Realty Pvt Ltd, and their previous work gives us some confidence.
