The project by Devarasetti Suresh Babu is well planned regarding safety features like the fire fighting system and fire sprinklewhich gives me a lot of peace of mind. I bought the 2 BHK apartment which has a carpet area of 624.52 square feet. It is compact but just enough for me and my wife. The 24x7 water supply is consistent and we have not faced any shortages since moving in. The location is away from the main city noise, but the commute to essential spots is manageable. I really appreciate that they have focused on water conservation and rain water harvesting as well.
