I looked at the 1376 sq.ft 2 BHK option which is quite large. The project offeVastu compliant homes, which was important for me. The 24X7 water supply is also a significant advantage in this area. The proximity to Aveksha Hospital, a short distance, is reassuring. However, the noise from ongoing construction in nearby plots can be a bit botheome during the day. It's a solid property for the price.
