I liked that the project is ready to move, so I could see what I was getting. The amenities like the badminton court and swimming pool are nice. The developer, Leela Residencies Private Limited, seems to have provided basic facilities. However, the access road to the project could be better; it feels a bit narrow and could get dusty during dry weather. Despite this, the overall experience has been positive for a fit-time buyer like me.
