I needed a place that was well-connected and close to essentials. Le Image Star in Pudupet, Egmore fits the bill. The 2 BHK flat is 930 Sq.ft, which is comfortable for me. It was ready to move, so no waiting period. I like that it's close to a metro station, LIC Metro Station is nearby, making my commute easier. The only downside is the parking situation. It can be a bit challenging to find space sometimes, especially if I have visitoBut the general convenience of the location, being near hospitals and the highway, makes up for it. Finally got my fit flat at Le Image Star. It is a 2 BHK with 930 Sq.ft built up area. The location in Pudupet, Egmore is quite central. It is ready to move which was a big plus since I needed to settle in quickly. I visited the site a few times and the construction seemed solid enough for the price point. The National Highway 114 is nearby which is convenient for travel. However, the traffic around Egmore can get quite bad during peak hou, especially getting out of Pudupet. I am still getting used to the neighborhood but so far it feels like a decent start for my own place.
