The price was around 52 Lakhs, which is at the higher end of our budget, but the quality of construction and the amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool made it worth considering. Being ready to move was essential for us. The 24x7 water supply and intercom system are practical features. While the overall project looks good, the parking area felt a bit congested, which might be an issue during peak times or for larger vehicles.
