We saw Laxmi Icon last weekend and really liked the 2 BHK configuration. The carpet area is 495 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. Being close to the Kharghar Sector 34 Metro Station, nearby, is a big plus for commuting to work. The developer, Laxmi, seems to have good plans for landscaping and tree planting which will make the place look nice. Construction is still underway, with completion expected in March 2030. The only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but that's common in Navi Mumbai. Overall, it seems like a solid option for a fit home.

We are a bit concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction, but we expect that to settle down once the project is completed by March 2030. The recreation facilities also look promising.

We decided on Laxmi Icon for its potential. The developer, Laxmi, is building it in Taloja, Sector 44A. We are looking at a 2 BHK flat which has a carpet area ranging from 495 sq.ft to 549 sq.ft. It is quite close to Sanjivani International School, which is convenient. They are also providing good amenities like 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and a Fire Fighting System, which adds to the security aspect. The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed by March 2030. One minor issue we observed is the parking situation mentioned by some residents in similar projects nearby, but we hope Laxmi Icon has adequately planned for it. The landscaping and tree planting plans are a nice touch.
