    I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Laxmi Fresh Living. The size is 1442 square feet, which is adequate for my needs. The location in Phulnakhara is developing well, and it’s good that it's opposite Decathlon. The price of 1.11 crore is what I budgeted for. I chose this project because of the developer, Laxmi Infra Venture Pvt Ltd, and their previous track record. The amenities like the swimming pool and the cricket pitch are nice additions. The 3-side open homes concept is also appealing. My main concern is the parking situation. While they have EV charging stations, I'm worried about space if I have visitowith caCompletion is expected by December 2028.
