I recently moved into my 2 BHK flat in Laxmi Emerald Phase I, around 573 square feet carpet area. I was looking for something ready to move and close to essential facilities. Isabellas International School is nearby, which is very convenient. The price point around 54.49 Lakh was attractive for a single working woman like me. The apartment is Vastu compliant, and the 24/7 water supply and power backup are essential. The community buildings are a nice addition. My only worry is the parking; it's closed car parking, but sometimes it feels a bit cramped when other residents park carelessly. The building does have CCTV surveillance, which gives some peace of mind.

Being in the IT sector, proximity to work is key, and while Lohegaon isn't directly in Hinjewadi, the highway access is decent. The project has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which we use regularly. The landscaping and tree planting give it a good feel. A minor issue is the traffic can get heavy on the main roads during peak hou, especially approaching the project. But having Orchid Speciality Hospital nearby is reassuring.
