We liked the location of Laxman Eknath Gomase Samruddhi Plaza A, it's very close to Podar International School which is convenient with our kid. The 2 BHK carpet area is 601 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us. Being ready to move in was a big plus. We got it in December 2020. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping are decent. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. Only thing is that Pathardi Phata can get a bit congested during peak hou, which is a slight concern for our daily commute to work. Overall, it's a good option for young families.
