We chose Lawnsview because it is close to New Oxford School in Sarjapur, which is only a 7-minute drive. Having a children's play area and a swimming pool within the complex is fantastic for the kids. We bought a 5445 square feet plot from Geown Properties, giving us ample space to build our family home. The price starting at 60.5 Lakh is what we budgeted for. We really liked the landscaping and the overall green environment. The only downside is the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during construction phases nearby, and parking within the plot once we build might be tight.
