The price range of 2.1 Crore to 2.7 Crore is substantial, but the location in Race Coue, Coimbatore, is a significant factor.     We chose Lavik Shanthi because it’s ready to move and close to good schools. KG Hospital is nearby, which provides peace of mind. Our 3 BHK is 1859 square feet, a comfortable size for our family. The children's play area is a nice amenity, and my kids use it often. The construction by Lavik Estates Limited seems quite robust. However, the price point of around 2.5 Crore is quite high, and we had to stretch our budget. Also, the OC received status is not available, which is a minor concern for us regarding future transactions. The green wall is a nice aesthetic touch.

Parking is available, which is good, but sometimes it can feel a little cramped if many residents bring multiple caThe piped gas connection is a convenient feature we appreciate daily.
