After a lot of searching, I finally settled on a 3 BHK in Lark Bollywood Green City. It's a ready-to-move property, which saved us a lot of hassle. The location in Sector 113, near Landran, is decent, and having Oakridge International School and Sohana Hospital nearby is incredibly convenient for the family. We got a unit around 1700 square feet, which is ample space. The price was on the higher side of our budget, around 95 Lakh, but the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and gated community offer peace of mind. The street lighting is also well done.
