The location in Puppalaguda is fantastic for us because Oakridge International School is a short distance, and it's also close to Naingi and Kokapet. The 3 BHK flats are quite large, with carpet areas between 1715 Sq.ft and 2320 Sq.ft. The price range is from 1.46 Crore to 1.97 Crore. We were impressed by the amenities like the swimming pool, skating rink, and especially the kids' play areas which are important for us. The twin tower design with 36 floomeans we should get good views. The construction is ongoing, and the completion is expected in December 2029. My only reservation is the parking situation for multiple ca, as the stilt height is significant but the overall footprint might be tight.
