The 3 BHK configurations are quite large, from 1455 sq.ft up to 1944 sq.ft, giving us ample room. The project is ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. The price was around 75 Lakh for our unit, which fit within our budget after considering the amenities like the Jogging Track and Multipurpose Room. The location in Jakkur, North Bangalore, is peaceful, though the nearby distance to Aster CMI Hospital and Karnataka Public School means we rely on our car quite a bit.
