I was looking for something ready to move in Nagpur and found Landmarks Orchid Sunshine. The location in Manish Nagar is quite convenient. I liked that they have EV charging points available, which is a great feature for the future. The 1456 sq.ft 3 BHK size is more than enough for me, and the price was within my budget at around 80 Lakhs. The project seems well-maintained with good landscaping. The only minor issue is that sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable since the actual entry to the project is off the main road. Overall, a good buy for a single peon looking for a comfortable home.

The location is decent, being close to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute (2.23 km). The ready-to-move aspect was crucial. The only thing we are slightly concerned about is the parking; it's closed car parking, but the layout might feel a bit tight if you have a large SUV. We are hoping it will be manageable.
