  We finally decided to upgrade from our rental place and chose Landmark Residency. The 2 BHK flats are 1170 square feet built-up, which is a significant improvement over our current home. RMV Extension Stage 2 is a growing locality, and we liked the feel of it. Being ready to move made the transition so much easier for our family. It's great that V S Public School is just 0 kilometeaway, making the school run incredibly simple. The only thing that's a bit of a bother is the parking space. It feels a little tight, especially when we have visitoWe are still settling in, but so far, the flat is comfortable and meets our basic needs for space and convenience.

It’s located in RMV Extension Stage 2, which is a decent area. Getting to Yeshwanthpur Metro Station takes around 40 minutes by car, which is manageable for us as we don't use it daily. The only downside is that construction dust is still visible in some common areas, which is a bit annoying. We are hoping the developer will clean it up soon. The project itself looks good, and we liked the layout of the flats. It’s a good starter home for us.
