The villa configuration offe1400 square feet of built-up area, which is ample for our two children. The proximity to Akshara International School, a short distance, was a major deciding factor for us. We also appreciate the Vastu compliant layout and the essential amenities like 24x7 security and rainwater harvesting provided by Landmark Group. The price of 47.6 Lakh onwards fits our budget for a ready-to-move-in property. However, the parking space can feel a bit tight when we have guests over. While the project was completed in 2010, we are still waiting for the official OC which is a minor concern. Despite this, the overall environment feels safe and suitable for families.

The main concern I have is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is quite common in Rajendra Nagar. Apart from that, the Vastu compliant design was a big plus for me. Landmark Group seems like a reliable developer.
