    We moved into Landmark Gem Stone about six months ago. The apartment size is quite good, our 3 BHK is 1250 square feet which gives us plenty of room. The location in Mogappair East is convenient for daily errands. We like the swimming pool and the gymnasium here, they are well-maintained. The construction was completed in 2012, so it's an older building but seems to be holding up well. My only small complaint is the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak houIt's not too bad in the evenings though. The developer, Landmark Housing Projects, seems to have put decent amenities in place for the time it was built.
