    As a retired professional, I was looking for a peaceful place to settle down, and Landmark Avana 1st Phase caught my eye. The idea of low-rise floowith private elevatois very appealing. The project is located in Sector 95, New Gurgaon, which is developing rapidly. They have planned for expansive green spaces and tree planting, which I think will make it a pleasant environment. The amphitheater and banquet hall are nice additions for community gatherings. The price range is between 1.2 Cr to 1.4 Cr for the 3 BHK units. My only worry is the access roads; I have heard that getting to the main highway can take some time during busy periods. Otherwise, the project looks good.
