This is my fit home purchase, and I chose a 2 BHK in Land Hill County. I liked that it's very close to my school, Annai Violet Matriculation, which is a short distance, making my commute to work extremely short. The size of 856 square feet is good for me. The price was around 47 Lakhs, which felt a bit high initially for Tambaram, but considering it's ready to move in and the location is so convenient, I felt it was worth it. My parents are happy I'm close by. The developer, Land Marvel Homes, seems to have a good project here. I am looking forward to settling into my new home.

We finally found a place for my parents in Land Hill County. The location in Tambaram is perfect, very close to Annai Violet Matriculation school and Hindu Mission Hospital, which is important for their regular checkups. My father can easily get to the Tambaram bus stop in just 3 minutes. We looked at the 2 BHK flat which is 856 square feet, seems like a good size for them. The price range was also within our budget, around 47 Lakhs for that size. It's ready to move in, so they can settle down soon. I wish they had mentioned the completion date and OC status more clearly, but overall the proximity to essential services is the biggest win for us.

One downside is the dust from the nearby roads, which can be a bit botheome during certain times of the day. Overall, a good upgrade.
