    We recently moved into Lancor Sri Hari, and it's been a good experience so far for our family. The location in Shanthi Colony, Anna Nagar is very convenient. Our kids go to SBOA School & Junior College which is just a 2-minute drive, and the Anna Nagar Tower Metro Station is also super close. The 3 BHK flat is spacious at 896 square feet built up, giving everyone enough peonal space. The amenities like the children's play area and the cricket pitch are great for the kids to stay active. The entrance lobby looks quite grand. The only minor drawback we've noticed is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes, especially during the day. But overall, the connectivity and the facilities make up for it. Lancor Holdings Ltd. Seems to have delivered a solid product.

    I was looking for a place that's well-connected and Lancor Sri Hari in Anna Nagar seemed like a good option. The location in Shanthi Colony is quite decent and it’s ready to move which was a huge plus. The 896 sq.ft built-up area for the 3 BHK is a good size for one peon, feels spacious enough. I liked the idea of having a tennis court and a cricket pitch on-site, even though I probably won't use them much. The main issue is the price, 2.33 Crore onwards is quite steep for Chennai, especially when OC details aren't readily available. Also, traffic on the main roads around Anna Nagar can be a nightmare during peak houIt’s a nice project but definitely on the higher side budget-wise. The security with 24x7 CCTV is reassuring though.

Has provided several amenities like a tennis court and badminton court, which we appreciate. However, the price is quite high at 2.33 Crore onwards. Also, finding parking can sometimes be a bit challenging if we have guests over. We are still settling in, but the overall feel of the community is pleasant. We hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
