    We needed more space, so we looked for a new home. Lancor Meenakshi offered a 2 BHK flat which seemed suitable. It is 1050 square feet built up, a good upgrade from our rented place. The project was completed way back in 1992, so it is an older building, but it has been maintained. Having a gymnasium and recreation facilities is a nice bonus for us. The location in Mylapore is quite decent. It is close to DAV Girls Senior Secondary School, which is convenient for our niece who lives nearby. The price is 1.1 Crore onwards. We are a bit concerned about the lack of OC received, but the developer assures us everything is in order. The water storage and 24x7 water supply are working well.
